In a large sautee pan or a big pot:
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp white vinegar
- pinch salt, pepper, and dash of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup water
Heat ingredients until boiling and add:
- 1/2 or more of shredded green cabbage
Sautee until tender and serve as a side dish. For variation, sometimes I use apple cider vinegar instead for a very different flavour.
